The service was terrific. The staff was very attentive and efficient and always on disposal.

Gorgeous accommodation with stunning and amazing location near bus stop. Early check-in, late check-out, amazing friendly staff.- Good sized and newly remodeled rooms provided with the new decor, full breakfast, and a lovely view.- Superb bar area.- Very nice experience there.

The rooms are spacious and bright, and they come with a delicious full breakfast and a well-equipped bathroom.

The location was stunning, close to Roslyn Chapel. The staff were friendly and welcoming.- We enjoyed the amenities in the deluxe king suite, like the electric kettle and central heating.- Having a bathtub in the room was a nice touch.

The rooms at this place were spotless, really clean. 🧼 All the staff were super friendly and nice. I had a pretty good stay here for a couple of nights, definitely would recommend it.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a really nice stay overall. The hotel was comfortable and fantastic, and we loved the idea of having a comfort double room. The restaurant was good and the service was great.

Free Wi-Fi was a great addition. Characterful base for your vacations in Roslin.

The hotel had a very tired feel to it and wasa undetrstaffed at times.In our room the tv did not work and no alternative was available also the electric shower was impossible to regulate

Great room with ensuite bathroom. Large comfortable bed. Dolly's tearoom in same building. Walking distance to Rosslyn Chapel. Buses go direct to Edinburgh centre and stops right outside.

only thing that was OK was the cooked breakfast.

en-suite was bath instead of shower ,amenities were poor including lack of hot water.

The hotel is clean and big size with amazingly nice and welcoming staff members. The location is central. Plus it's set in the great area. There is a pleasant restaurant.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was lovely and extremely clean, with a sitting area that made me feel right at home. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast in the cafe within the guesthouse was delicious and offered great value for money. Plus, the location of this hotel couldn't be more perfect - it's as close as possible to the beautiful Roslyn Chapel!
